Where do I send the products I want to return?

Click here to go to our return procedure. Fill in your address and order number then click on "next".

Now you can print your return label. Please note that you will be charged £4.95 for return shipping on your credit card upon receipt. Place return label on your box.

Please return the merchandise to the following address (automatically filled in of you use the label printer):

Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

Return Status

• It will take several business days for the refund to be applied once the return has been received.
• It will take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending upon statement cut-off timing.
• The original form of payment on the order will be credited. If your credit card is no longer valid, please contact Spanx Customer Service to make arrangements for receipt of your credit.
